radiohead... needless to say, they rocked, complete with 3 encore

4 nights = 4 concerts. jazz at ravinia 2001 was a fabulous weekend, as expected.
with such talent as wynton marsalis (and the lincoln center jazz ens), jane monheit,
oscar peterson, ramsey lewis, roy hargrove, nancy wilson, and joshua redman (!) how
could the shows not be simply amazing... check it out!

in may 1999, the iwu jazz ensemble jetted to japan for may term, playing 4 concerts in 11 days. needless to say,
we all had a wonderful time, and there are rolls and rolls of shots to prove it! i've selected a few to start you off,
and will be adding more continually i guarantee. enjoy for now!

last summer (1999), nicole and i spent a few (4) days in lovely san diego, ca. our hostel was right in the heart
of the gas lamp district, which offered a wide variety of shops and restaurants. add in some quality sun time at
pacific beach, and you have the perfect vacation! check it out!

summer 2000 proved to be a travel-filled few months. the united interns visited denver to see the
united pilot training center and the "new" denver airport. don't worry, there are about 160 pics. hehe. :)

in july 2000, the united interns took a second trip, this time to seattle to visit the boeing plant.
of course, it was an amazing weekend, seeing the sights of seattle and the mindblowing floor of the
